Soccer Recap: Freedom Takes a Loss

Freedom's game on Friday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the North Stafford Wolverines by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that Freedom have lost by just one goal.

This is the second loss in a row for Freedom and nudges their season record down to 1-4. As for North Stafford, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Freedom will head out to challenge Charles J. Colgan at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Charles J. Colgan's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for North Stafford, they will face off against Brentsville District at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
