Softball Recap: North Side Comes Up Short

North Side fell victim to Riverside and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 20-0. Having soared to a lofty 24 runs in the game before, the Gators' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

North Side has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season. As for Riverside, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-4.

While North Side had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
