Pompano Beach benefitted from Berwig in 47-36 defeat
Jonathan Berwig posted yet another match with 15 or morepoints on Saturday. South Broward had no answer to Berwig as he scored 15 points along with five assists. That was a full 41.7% of Pompano Beach's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Berwig and Pompano Beach are on the road again on Monday and play against Stoneman Douglas at 7:30 p.m. on January 29th. Berwig will face off against Jaheem Smith, Stoneman Douglas' star point guard. Will Berwig turn in another gem to overcome Pompano Beach? We'll have our answer very soon.
