Football Recap: Johnson City Eagles vs. San Saba Armadillos
If Johnson City was riding high fresh off their 41-18 takedown of Thrall two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles came up short against the San Saba Armadillos on Friday, falling 47-21. The contest marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.
Even if they lost, Johnson City's defensive line still kept up the pressure with three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Luke Lorenzen, Tripp Crownover, and Aison Aguirre, who each picked up one sack apiece.
