Basketball Recap: Seneca Takes a Loss

Seneca was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 55-41 to the Oil City Oilers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bobcats of the 38-36 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2023.

Seneca's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Oil City, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seneca will be home for the holidays to greet Warren at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Oil City, they will host Meadville at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
