While Reily Granger delivered a dominant effort on Thursday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Mount Anthony. Granger wasn't messing around, tossing 5.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits. The pitching appearance was his third straight with two or fewer walks.

Looking ahead, Granger and Mount Anthony will challenge South Burlington at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Sadly, Granger's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Patriots' three-game streak of wins on the road.
