Football Game Preview: Lorain Titans vs. Medina Battling Bees + How To Watch

The Lorain Titans will venture away from home to square off against the Medina Battling Bees at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lorain has given up an average of 34.2 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Lorain is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Mentor on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Titans were dealt a 38-6 loss at the hands of the Cardinals. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 420th, while the Cardinals are ranked 16th).

Meanwhile, Medina was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 32-14 bruising from Euclid.

Medina's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Lorain, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 2-7.

Lorain was dealt a bruising 55-13 loss at the hands of Medina in their previous matchup back in October of 2022. Thankfully for the Titans, Danny Stoddard (who threw for 363 yards and six touchdowns while completing 86.4% of his passes) won't be suiting up this time.
