Football Recap: Hamilton-Wenham Regional Comes Up Short

Hamilton-Wenham Regional lost against Lynnfield back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Generals lost 35-14 to the Pioneers. The Generals just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

Hamilton-Wenham Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Lynnfield, they moved to 2-6 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Hamilton-Wenham Regional and Lynnfield will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Generals see the field they'll take on Ipswich at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th. As for Lynnfield, their break will end when they face North Reading at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th.
