Basketball Recap: Hill Takes a Loss

It was a good run, but Hill unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took a blow against the Gunderson Grizzlies, falling 59-32. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Falcons have suffered against the Grizzlies since February 17, 2017.

Jordan Khann and Anthony Sanchez certainly did their best on Wednesday to avoid the loss. Khann posted 11 points, while Sanchez scored eight points and five steals. Those 11 points gave Khann a new career-high.

Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Gunderson, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-7.

Hill will host Yerba Buena at 7:00 p.m. on February 5th. Gunderson has already played their next matchup (against San Jose), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
