Basketball Recap: Orangeville Comes Up Short

If Orangeville was feeling good fresh off their 55-15 takedown of South Beloit last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Orangeville Broncos fell just short of the Lutheran Crusaders by a score of 54-51 on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Broncos of the 57-42 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Orangeville's loss dropped their record down to 28-5. As for Lutheran, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-11.

As of now, neither Orangeville nor Lutheran have any future games scheduled.
