Basketball Recap: North Mahaska Find Success

North Mahaska won the last time they faced Oskaloosa and things went their way on Tuesday too. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, the North Mahaska Warhawks made off with a 39-38 win over the Oskaloosa Indians. The 39-point effort marked the Warhawks' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The victory made it two in a row for North Mahaska and bumps their season record up to 18-3. As for Oskaloosa, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-10.

Coming up, North Mahaska will host Pella Christian on Tuesday. As for Oskaloosa, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 62-46 defeat against Norwalk on the 14th.
