Coral Shores entered their tilt with Westminster Academy on Friday with 12 consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with 13. They blew past the Lions 12-2. Considering the Hurricanes have won eight matchups by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Campbell Lavoie made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over 4.2 innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on AJ Putetti, who went 4-for-5 with three runs, four RBI, and one stolen base. Those four hits gave him a new career-high. Maykol Bonito also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.
