Soccer Recap: Princeton Takes a Loss

Princeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 9-0 to the Oak Hill Red Devils. While losing is never fun, Princeton can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' West Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 56th, while Oak Hill are ranked fifth).

Princeton's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Oak Hill, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Princeton will take on James Monroe at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Oak Hill, they will challenge Sissonville at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
