While Caiden Verrett delivered a dominant effort on Monday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Hanover Central. Verrett wasn't messing around, earning one RBI, one run, and one stolen base. The contest was his third straight with at least one stolen base.

Even though Verrett couldn't lead Hanover Central over Andrean, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sadly, Verrett's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Wildcats' four-game streak of wins on the road.
