Danielle Brooks, Kenwood's leading three-point artist this season, solidified her role on Wednesday. Brooks made a splash, putting up 23 points in addition to six assists and five steals. She was up against Lane Tech and has quite the history against that squad, as she also had a great game the last time she faced them back in December of 2024. Brooks is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Coming up, Brooks and Kenwood will face off against Butler at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will pit Brooks up against the Lynx's star guard Xyanna Walton. It's not every day two stars like this collide on the court. So who leaves it the victor? You'll have to watch the game to find out.
