Soccer Game Preview: Liberty Bell vs. Bridgeport

Liberty Bell is 1-9 against Bridgeport since March of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Mountain Lions are taking a road trip to face off against the Mustangs at 4:00 p.m.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Liberty Bell's offense. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Manson last Thursday. The loss put an end to Liberty Bell's undefeated start to the season.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Bridgeport was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor Manson could gain the upper hand last Tuesday so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Liberty Bell's loss dropped their record down to 1-1-1. Bridgeport's draw makes their record 1-1-1 this season.

Liberty Bell came up short against Bridgeport in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, falling 2-0. Can the Mountain Lions avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
