The victory was the fourth in a row for Churchville-Chili, bringing their record up to 4-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Webster Thomas, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-2.
