Baseball Recap: Making Waves Academy Wins Going Away Against Bentley

Making Waves Academy made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Bentley, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Making Waves Academy was the clear victor by a 15-3 margin over Bentley on Wednesday. The Marlins not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 11, 2024.

Oscar Villalobos made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two RBI.
