Volleyball Recap: Dublin Comes Up Short

Dublin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Baldwin Braves. The Fighting Irish were not able to make up for their loss to the Braves from their previous meeting back in August of 2022.

Dublin may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 11 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-11.

Dublin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Baldwin, their win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 1-1.

Coming up, Dublin will face off against Lamar County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Baldwin, they will square off against Eagle's Landing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
