Volleyball Recap: Williams Takes a Loss

Williams was the 3-0 winner over Rock Point when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Vikings fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 2-1 on Friday.

Kallie Trimble paced Williams' offense, picking up six kills. Trimble got some help from Lily Weatherhead and her 14 assists.

Williams' loss dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Rock Point, with the win, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 13-9.

Williams wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Lee Williams on the 11th. As for Rock Point, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Joseph City on the 11th.
