River Valley got themselves on the board against Winslow on Wednesday, but Winslow never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the Bulldogs. The result was nothing new for the Dust Devils, who have now won eight games by six runs or more so far this season.

River Valley is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.7 runs over those games. As for Winslow, they dropped their record down to 3-18-1 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

River Valley has already played their next matchup, an 11-7 defeat against ALA - West Foothills on the 28th. As for Winslow, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 8-7 loss against Show Low on the 25th.
