Basketball Recap: North Gaston Piles Up the Points Against Cherryville + How To Watch

North Gaston strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They claimed a resounding 92-64 victory over the Cherryville Ironmen. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead North Gaston to victory, but perhaps none more so than Aiden Smith, who almost dropped a double-double with 18 points and nine boards. Another player making a difference was Payton McRae, who went 6-for-11 on his way to 16 points and three steals.
