Scotch Plains-Fanwood is 8-2 against Hillside since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. The Scotch Plains-Fanwood Raiders will look to defend their home court against the Hillside Comets at 2:30 p.m.

Last Monday, Scotch Plains-Fanwood ended up a good deal behind Westfield and lost 55-41. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Hillside sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 60-58 win over Piscataway on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Comets.

Hillside has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.5 points per game. As for Scotch Plains-Fanwood, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Scotch Plains-Fanwood was able to grind out a solid victory over Hillside in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, winning 55-48. Will Scotch Plains-Fanwood repeat their success, or does Hillside have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
