Volleyball Recap: Antwerp Takes a Loss

Antwerp lost against Edgerton back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Archers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Archers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 21-25, 25-15, 25-5.

Edgerton can attribute much of their success to Aubrey Patrick, who had 15 digs and one block. Those 15 digs gave Patrick a new career-high.

Antwerp's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Edgerton, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-3 record.

Looking ahead, Antwerp will be playing in front of their home fans against Jefferson at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Edgerton, they will square off against Fostoria at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
