Volleyball Recap: Sageview Comes Up Short

Sageview lost against Southridge back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lobos came up short against the Suns, falling 3-0.

While Sageview was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Southridge's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-13, 25-20.

Sageview's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Southridge, the win snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 9-7 record.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Sageview will square off against rival Hermiston at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Southridge is set to challenge their familiar foe Hanford at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
