Baseball Recap: Queens Teaching Takes a Loss

The Queens Teaching Tigers didn't have quite enough to beat Washington Heights Expeditionary on Wednesday and fell 8-6.

Queens Teaching's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Washington Heights Expeditionary, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Queens Teaching does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Washington Heights Expeditionary, they will venture away from home to challenge Baruch College at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Washington Heights Expeditionary 3.1, Baruch College 3.7) so any runs scored will be well earned.
