Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Elyse Ficker stepped things up a notch to give Ballantyne Ridge the 'W'. Ficker made a splash, scoring three runs while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Olympic back in March, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock.
