Volleyball Recap: Harrison Hoyas vs. McIntosh Chiefs

Harrison lost against McIntosh back in August of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hoyas fell just short of the Chiefs by a score of 2-1. While the Hoyas didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Chiefs 25-16 in the first set.

Harrison started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 16-25, 27-25, 15-8.

Their offense was headlined by Sydney Hardy and Chaya Henry, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Skye Palmateer and her 14 assists. Lilah Anderson and Leila Smith kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.
