Woodmont has gone a perfect 3-0 against Greenwood recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Woodmont will challenge Greenwood at 7:00 p.m. Woodmont's pitching crew has only allowed 3.5 runs per game this season, so Greenwood's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Woodmont is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 12 runs on Tuesday, they were much more limited against T.L. Hanna on Friday. They fell just short of the Yellow Jackets by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, Greenwood was not able to break out of their rough patch last Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 19-4 to T.L. Hanna.

Woodmont has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-4 record this season. Greenwood's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.

Woodmont came out on top in a nail-biter against Greenwood in their previous matchup back in March of 2020, sneaking past 8-7. The rematch might be a little tougher for Woodmont since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
