            Volleyball Recap: Aurora Christian Eagles vs. St. Edward Green Wave        
        
		
        
        
            Aurora Christian won the last time they faced St. Edward and things went their way  on Saturday too. The Eagles walked away with  a   2-0  victory over the Green Wave. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Eagles.

Aurora Christian can attribute much of their success to  Erica Waltmire, who  had eight  digs and three  assists. Those  three  assists gave  Waltmire a new career-high.  Emily Scudieri also deserves some recognition as  she  served her first  ace of the season.
 Aurora Christian  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 11  aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their  ace total in three consecutive  contests.
Aurora Christian's win bumped their record up to 23-3. As for St. Edward, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-21.
 Coming up, Aurora Christian will challenge Aurora Central Catholic at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for St. Edward, they will square off against Marian Central Catholic at 10:15  a.m.  on Saturday.
