It's playoff time, and Tuscaloosa Academy had no trouble coming through when it counted. They breezed by the Greene County Tigers to the tune of 68-31 on Monday. The victory was nothing new for the Knights as they're now sitting on 11 straight.

Danilo Stojakovic continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 35 points and ten rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Tuscaloosa Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Ellis Hamiter, who posted 15 points and five steals.

Despite the defeat, Greene County saw an underclassman step up: freshman Darryl White Jr scored ten points and five assists. Ja'Ron Lavender was another key player, putting up five points and seven boards.

Tuscaloosa Academy pushed their record up to 17-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.2 points per game. As for Greene County, the loss snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 15-11 record.
