Longmont has gone 8-1 against Greeley Central recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Longmont Trojans will venture away from home to face off against the Greeley Central Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. Longmont will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Longmont made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Frederick, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Longmont's defense stepped up to hand Frederick a 4-0 shutout last Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won three contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Frederick with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Claire Sebring (2), Cora Reinholt, and Luna Ready.

Meanwhile, Greeley Central beat Weld Central 2-0 on Saturday.

Longmont's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matchups. As for Greeley Central, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Longmont was able to grind out a solid win over Greeley Central in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, winning 5-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for Longmont since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
