Volleyball Recap: Cowanesque Valley Comes Up Short

Cowanesque Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Troy Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-8, 25-15.

Cowanesque Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Troy, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-2-1 record this season.

Cowanesque Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Troy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Towanda on the 25th.
