Basketball Recap: Wilkinson County Wildcats vs. West Lincoln Bears
Wilkinson County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a hard 63-48 fall against the West Lincoln Bears. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bears apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.
When it comes to explaining why Wilkinson County lost, don't look at JaNorris Anthony. Despite the final result, he went 6 of 11 on his way to 14 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Javien Ephion, who posted eight points and three steals.
