Basketball Recap: Berean Christian Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Berean Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They managed a 57-51 win over the Concord Bears on Saturday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their 23-point performance the matchup before.

Concord's loss came despite strong showings from Mateo Ferolino and Leonidas Garcia. Ferolino went 8 for 16 on his way to 22 points and eight steals, while Garcia went 8 of 17 en route to 22 points. Ferolino's morning made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jericho Diaz, who posted two points and eight rebounds.
