Camelback piles up the points against Alhambra

The Camelback Spartans won the last time they faced the Alhambra Lions, and things went their way on Friday too. Camelback took their game at home with ease, bagging a 73-39 win over Alhambra. That 34 points margin sets a new team best for Camelback this season.

Camelback found their leader in underclassman Jaylin Ideran, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Ideran is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last nine games he's played. Another player making a difference was Rowan Reuwer, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds.

Camelback's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Alhambra, their defeat was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-19.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Camelback will take on Browne at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Alhambra, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Maryvale at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
