Basketball Recap: Union Takes a Loss

Union won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a 68-28 loss at the hands of the Lutheran Cougars.

Union now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Lutheran, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Union will square off against Lift for Life Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lutheran, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Lutheran Cougars duke it out with the Cardinal Ritter College Prep Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
