Basketball Recap: Atlantic City Snaps Six-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

If Atlantic County Institute of Tech wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Atlantic City, they should've done a better job of containing Bridget Roach. The Atlantic City Vikings snuck past Atlantic County Institute of Tech with a 45-41 victory on Saturday thanks in part to Roach, who went 7 of 14 en route to 17 points along with six rebounds and six steals. That's the most steals she has posted since back in December of 2024.

Atlantic City's win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-13. As for Atlantic County Institute of Tech, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.

Atlantic City will head out on the road to take on Our Lady of Mercy Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Atlantic County Institute of Tech has already played their next contest (against Bridgeton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
