Londonderry extended their winning streak to four on Friday, bumping their season record up to 8-1-1 in the process. They were the clear victors by a 10-3 margin over the Spaulding Red Raiders. Considering the Lancers have won seven matchups by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Londonderry got a great performance from Jaylen Stott as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched. Stott has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Brett Mckinnon, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Caden Jordan, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

As for Spaulding, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6-1 record this season. They just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

On Spaulding's side, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trevor Cormier, who went 1-for-2 with two runs. Michael Jeffrey also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Looking ahead, Londonderry will square off against Winnacunnet at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Spaulding, they will challenge Manchester Central at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Red Raiders are facing the Little Green at the right time seeing as the Little Green are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
