The Hedgesville Eagles will venture away from home to square off against the Kellam Knights at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hedgesville is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.8 runs per game this season.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Monday. Hedgesville came up short against Landstown, falling 11-1.

Hedgesville saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Landon Pence, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Cash Dunham also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Meanwhile, Kellam entered their tilt with Bayside on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Marlins with a sharp 10-2 win. Ten seems to be a good number for the Knights as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Hedgesville has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-4 record this season. As for Kellam, the win got them back to even at 4-4.
