Softball Recap: Loogootee Comes Up Short

Loogootee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Evansville Central Bears, falling 14-4.

Loogootee's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Evansville Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-12 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Loogootee will venture away from home to take on North Knox at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Evansville Central, they will head out to square off against Evansville North at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
