Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Chandler Prep). They never let the Arete Prep CHARGERS get on the board and left with  a   16-0  win  on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Titans, who have now won six games by eight  runs or more  so far this season.
 Henry Allen was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he  struck out six batters over  two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit (and only one walk). That's the most  strikeouts  he has posted since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-2.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Isaac Swanson, who  scored four  runs while going 4-for-4. Those  four  runs gave  him a new career-high.  Christian Walker also deserves some recognition as  he  got his first  hit of the season.
 Chandler Prep  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .719. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
Chandler Prep's victory was  their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 7-3. The  home  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Arete Prep,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 0-2.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chandler Prep will take on San Tan Charter at 3:30  p.m.  on Thursday. The Roadrunners will roll in looking for their  sixth straight  victory, something the Titans surely won't give up without a fight. As for Arete Prep, they will challenge Madison Highland Prep at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday.
