The South Central Timberwolves will square off against the Hodgeman County Longhorns at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
South Central took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They snuck past Ingalls with a 38-33 win.

South Central can attribute much of their success to Isabel Hackney, who posted eight points in addition to 15 rebounds and five steals, and Micah Duke, who went 7-for-8 en route to 14 points along with five boards and three steals. Those 15 boards gave Hackney a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Remi Martin, who put up five points and 12 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Hodgeman County entered their tilt with Satanta on Monday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Indians 53-23. The Longhorns have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 23 points or more this season.
Hodgeman County's win came from a few key players South Central will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Kylee Reece, who had nine points in addition to seven boards and five assists. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed four or more in each of the last three games she's played. Mallorie Ruff was another key player, putting up eight points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Hodgeman County smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in four consecutive contests.
South Central's victory bumped their record up to 8-9. As for Hodgeman County, their win bumped their record up to 14-5.
Keep an eye on the arc in Friday's game: South Central has been dynamite from deep this season, having made 40.6% of their three-pointers per game. It's a different story for Hodgeman County, though, as they've only made 25.6% of their threes this season. Given South Central's sizable advantage in that area, Hodgeman County will need to find a way to close that gap.
