Volleyball Recap: Silverado Comes Up Short

After flying high against Vista del Lago last Wednesday, Silverado came back down to earth. The Hawks fell just short of the Valley View Eagles by a score of 2-1 on Monday. The Hawks were not able to make up for their loss to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in August of 2019.

Silverado's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Valley View, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Silverado and Valley View will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Hawks will square off against rival Adelanto at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Valley View is set to face off against their familiar foe Canyon Springs at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
