Volleyball Recap: Bear Creek Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Bear Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Golden Demons. If the Bears were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to the Demons when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

While Bear Creek ultimately came up short, they really made Golden work, particularly in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-15, 27-25.

Thomas Amirah paced Bear Creek's offense, picking up nine kills. Amirah got some help from Hannah Anderson and her 14 assists.

Bear Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Golden, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 9-7.

Coincidentally, Bear Creek and Golden will both be playing Arvada West the next time they take the court. The Demons will head out to face the Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Bears will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
