There's no place like home for Lima Central Catholic, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 45-42 victory over the Ada Bulldogs on Friday. Given the Thunderbirds' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 98th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 412th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lima Central Catholic has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.2 points over those games. Ada's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-9.
