Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Frederica Academy). They claimed a resounding 49-16 win over the St. Andrew's Lions. Frederica Academy hasn't had any issues with St. Andrew's recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

A big part of Frederica Academy's win came down to the chemistry between Stanton Beverly and his top target Braxton Sykes. Beverly rushed for 46 yards and three touchdowns while Sykes gained 140 total yards and four touchdowns. Sykes got the majority of those receiving yards when he pulled down a pass and took off for a gain of 66 yards.

Although St. Andrew's took the loss, they still got scores from Darius Chapman and Amari Cook.

Frederica Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for St. Andrew's, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

Frederica Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Valwood on November 7. That contest will pit two of the most dominant signal callers against one another: Beverly and Tayt Snellgrove. St. Andrew's does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
