Softball Preview: Milton Panthers vs. Tate Aggies

Milton and Tate are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2020, but likely not for long. The Milton Panthers are on the road again on Tuesday to play the Tate Aggies at 6:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Last Thursday, it was a hard-fought contest, but Milton had to settle for a 6-5 defeat against Crestview. That's two games in a row now that Milton has lost by just one run.

Gracie Bonds spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned runs on ten hits and racked up six Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't pitched less than six innings in three consecutive pitching appearances.
