Academy of the New Church got themselves on the board against Friends' Central on Thursday, but Friends' Central never followed suit. They put the hurt on Friends' Central with a sharp 11-0 win. Jamie Madara was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched.
