Volleyball Recap: Clear Springs Starts Season with Victory at Home

Clear Springs gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Pearland Oilers by a score of 3-1. This was payback for the Chargers, who suffered a 2-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Clear Springs walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 20-25, 25-10, 25-19.

Coincidentally, Clear Springs and Pearland will both be playing St. John's the next time they take the court. The Oilers will host the Mavericks at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Chargers will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
